Regional Sales Representative for our Midwest Office
We are seeking a sales professional to manage our marketing, sales and leasing efforts in our Midwest regional office. Real estate experience is preferred.
Responsibilities will include handling surplus building disposal projects with Hart's Corporate Account Representatives located in Southampton, PA, maintaining relationships with economic development contacts from the local, county and state levels, developing a strong knowledge of the industrial real estate base in the region, and involvement in the site selection tours within the region.

Corporate Account Sales Representative
We are seeking a sales professional to interact with corporate decision-makers regarding their real estate requirements. While industrial real estate experience is preferred, we will consider the right executive sales professional looking for a career change.
The preferred candidate must be client centered and demonstrate a successful history of building and maintaining long term business relationships as well as experience in entrepreneurial sales and account development. Strong writing skills are required. The position involves travel and the ability to make direct sales presentations to senior management of large companies and major corporations.
