Art Ross has over twenty years in the real estate business. Most of his real estate career focus has been as an industrial specialist working throughout the northeast states.
Art joined Hart Corporation’s Northeast Regional Office in January 1989, based just outside of Hartford, Connecticut. As Vice President and Partner for Hart Corporation, Art’s responsibilities mainly include overseeing Hart’s real estate services in New England and New York. He maintains relationships with corporate clients, local and state economic development agencies, and our Hart Group International affiliate partners throughout New England and New York.
Professional Affiliations:
Art is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). As a member of this organization, he has met rigid professional and ethical standards, as well as demonstrated proven marketing ability and knowledge of the principles involved in the guidance and completion of real estate transactions.
Art is also a member of Northeastern Economic Developers Association.
Qualifications:
Art is a licensed real estate broker in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island and Vermont.
Art has handled transactions involving millions of square feet of industrial space and hundreds of millions of dollars during his years working in real estate.
Education:
Art is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.
