As a broker in Hart Corporation's Southeast Regional office, Bart's primary responsibility is coordinating surplus property marketing assignments and site selection in Tennessee, Kentucky and Mississippi with Hart's Corporate Marketing Division. Bart networks with state, utility and community economic developers to maintain a strong understanding of local markets, incentives, labor and other key information. Bart has over 12 years of experience in sales and marketing and previously owned and operated a screen-printing business in Atlanta. As a member of the Society of Industrial Office Realtors, Bart has met rigid professional and ethical standards, as well as demosntrated proven marketing ability and knowledge of the principles involved in the guidance and completion of real estate transactions.
