As a sales associate for Hart Corporation's Southeast Regional office, Brian Bird's territory encompasses Alabama, Florida and Georgia. His other responsibilities include the coordination of all affiliate partner activity within his territory, maintenance of relationships with economic development contacts from the local, county and state levels and coordination of all site selection tours within the region.
Prior to joining Hart, Brian owned and operated his own residential real estate development firm. As a development specialist and agent, Brian averaged over 20 closings a year in the highly competitive in-town Atlanta market. Previous to his real estate career, Brian was a sports marketing executive based in Chicago, Illinois.
