As the managing broker of Hart Corporation's Southwest Regional office, Charles' primary responsibility is coordinating marketing assignments and site selection in Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas with Hart Corporation's Corporate Marketing Division. Charles started his career in industrial real estate in 1984. Prior to joining Hart Corporation, Charles was President of Charles Lester Realty Advisors, Inc., a full service real estate advisory service. In his 23 years of experience working in industrial real estate, Charles has handled transactions in excess of one hundred million dollars.
