Craig began his career in real estate in 1985 as a real estate salesperson with Staley Cardon and Company in Mesa, Arizona, which was soon acquired by Hart Corporation and became known as Hart Corporation Arizona Division. Following the acquisition, Craig was appointed Vice President of the Arizona Division.
After three years of successfully handling operations throughout Arizona, Craig was relocated to South Carolina as Vice President of the Hart Corporation Greenville/Spartanburg office. Craig's responsibilities included the marketing of large industrial facilities in the South Carolina upstate area including Spartangreen Corporate Park, which was a project of Hart Development. Craig played an integral role in assisting many companies with expansion or relocation to this area including Bic Corporation, Kelmar Springs Industries and Marzoli, among others.
Now part of Hart's Corporate Marketing Team, located in Southampton, PA, Craig's responsibilites include acting as a site selection consultant and investment analyst in order to assist with property acquisition, disposal and development needs. In addition, Craig is responsible for overseeing Hart Corporation's international business through its affiliates.
