Dave Beal joined Hart Corporation in 1971. He is responsible for the marketing, sales and leasing activities in the Mid-Atlantic Region. His other responsibilites include the coordination of all affiliate partner activity within his territory, maintenance of relationships with economic development contacts from the local, county and state levels and coordination of all site selection tours within the region. With over 35 years of experience, Dave has personally participated in sales and leases in excess of 35,000,000 square feet of industrial/office space. Prior to joining Hart Corporation, Dave was involved in active military service.
