Jeff Rosenfarb joined Hart Corporation in 1971 and has been an Associate Broker since 1975. In his 36 years with Hart, Jeff has completed more than 290 transactions valued at over $350,000,000.00.
As an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, Jeff has completed their courses in "Intermediate Commercial Brokerage Techniques" and "Expanding Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Skills and Techniques". Jeff is a former member of the Philadelphia Board of Realtors and the Bucks County Board of Realtors, as well as the former Secretary and Treasurer of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. He currently serves as a member of the Grievance Committee of the TriState Commercial and Industrial Association of Realtors.
