Joe Boerner is a corporate accounts representative based out of our headquarters in Southampton, Pennsylvania. As part of the Corporate Marketing team, Joe maintains regular contact with corporate real estate decision-makers throughout the country and abroad in order to assist firms with their acquisition, disposition and development needs. In addition to account management, Joe focuses on new account development and project management.
Prior to joining the Corporate Marketing Team, Joe was a member of Hart's Mid-Atlantic Region where his responsibilities included the coordination of affiliate partner activity within his territory, maintenance of relationships with economic development contacts from the local, county and state levels, and coordination of all site selection tours within the region. Before joining Hart Corporation, Joe worked as IT director for a large non-profit organization located in Philadelphia, PA for six years. Prior to his work in the non-profit sector, he worked as a private IT consultant to small businesses within the Philadelphia metro area.
When not working, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
