Rick Bywater is the managing broker in charge of Hart Corporation's operations in the Midwest. Prior to joining Hart in 1986, he served as an esitmating engineer for Pacific Power and Light. Rick maintains relationships with corporate clients, economic development councils and local and state agencies. He also coordinates all site and facility tours and compiles community and labor information for Hart clientele.
