Bob Blackman has over 30 years of experience in selling and leasing industrial real estate. He began his career with a major Philadelphia industrial firm. Subsequently, he joined Hart Corporation, and played an integral role in Hart's emergence as the leading industrial real estate firm in the Philadelphia area. After becoming President, Bob headed the Corporate Marketing Division of Hart Corporation, which, under his direction, became the leading broker for selling large industrial facilities in rural America.
Bob maintains regular contact with corporate real estate decision-makers throughout the country, in order to assist these firms with their property acquisition, disposition and development needs. He continues to maintain a long list of close client relationships based on his years of experience, skill, personal service and his very successful record of performance.
