Hart Corporation negotiates the sale of a 92,025 square foot former Tracewell Manufacturing building in Cuba, NY
CUBA, NEW YORK – Hart Corporation is pleased to announce the sale of a 92,025 square foot facility in Cuba, NY on behalf of Tracewell Manufacturing Company. Hart Corporation was first made aware of this availability through John Foels of Allegheny County Development Office. Through recommendations from Mr. Foels, Hart Corporation was able to secure the listing as the exclusive representative for Tracewell Manufacturing. The buyer, Seneca Nation, connected with representatives from Hart’s National and Connecticut offices through Hart’s canvassing efforts in Allegheny and Steubenville Counties.
The Cuba assignment and sale was handled by Art Ross, SIOR of Hart’s Northeast Regional office in Connecticut and Howard Fertman, one of Hart’s Corporate Account Representatives. Hart was assisted by Wendall Brown, Director for Friendship Empire Zone, and John Foels of Allegheny County who both helped to promote the facility, community and region.
“I am very pleased with the hard work and marketing approach provided by Art Ross, Howard Fertman and the entire Hart Corporation Organization. I would also like to thank John Foels of the Allegheny Development Office for his effort helping to facilitate this complex transaction,” said Larry Tracewell, President of Tracewell Manufacturing.
