(Southampton, PA) On behalf of Superior Industries International Inc., Hart Corporation is pleased to announce the sale of a 293,600 square foot building on twenty-four acres in Johnson City, TN. Located in the extreme northeastern tip of state, near the Virginia border, the facility was constructed in 1994 with additions in 2004. The building is in very good condition, with up to 40’ ceiling heights, 766’x366’ dimensions, and13,284 square feet of office space. It was used to manufacture aluminum wheels. The property, which became available in 2006, was listed with two other national brokerage firms who were unsuccessful in their attempts to sell the building. After Hart Corporation became the exclusive agent for the property in September 2010, it took them only one year to negotiate the sale to a local company.
