(Southampton, PA) On behalf of JTEKT (the US manufacturing arm of the Nagoya, Japan headquartered company), Hart Corporation is pleased to announce the sale of a 259,040 square foot building on 81 acres in Daleville, Virginia. Located just north of Roanoke in Botetourt County off of I-81 in the Botetourt Center at Greenfield, this facility constructed in 2000 consists of 230,400 square feet of plant area and 28,640 square feet of office area in one of the most scenic industrial park settings in Virginia. JTEKT previously operated the facility to manufacture automotive steering units. Hart Corporation negotiated the sale of the facility to Lawrence Transportation System. Lawrence will utilize a portion of the building for a third party logistics operation and make the balance available for lease.
